- This is a production style/engineering lead agency. That being said the engineering team focuses on creating and maintaining templated solutions. They are stale and out of touch with current technology trends (and reality). - The design team is in a constant state of turnover. If you want to come here and design, find another gig. You will have no leadership, the projects are purely mind numbing production work. DO NOT expect to have any opportunity for creativity. In the slim chance a project comes through that is excited about exploring new/on-trend solutions, the engineering team will shut this down as they prefer to function on the side of not making anything cool. (Look if they were actually coding, who will play ping-pong for hours on end)? -The upper management and project managers/producers have a complete lack of balls. They allow clients to charge forth on terrible ideas, awful timelines, and have no ability to lead and champion good work and happy teams.
