      Pros

      Really nice team. You feel respected at work and there’s a fairly healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can be a little disorganised so you can end up having to pick up the slack to make sure stuff gets done. Not necessarily the best pay but that probably varies by role.

      People are very collaborative and are willing to help you with any problems. Company leadership truly cares about employee's well-being.

      Information is hard to find at times as documentation can be a little messy. Other than that.. nothing.
