      - ideal salary payoff - good staff benefits

      Cons

      - Politic level that you can't even imagine - They don't appreciate employees who did great job, but an employee who is good in flattering. - When you did a great job, please keep yourself an evidence, otherwise your ownership will be taken. - Good staff benefits but bad management system, bad HR.
