9yDear Colleague - thank you so much for your review! We're happy you enjoyed working with GP. Because the "con" was stated simply, I wanted to add some context for people who are considering joining our team. Globalization Partners has always offered excellent benefits, including health benefits, which were offered even to our first employee. However, we initially gave tax-free allowances to employees which was made feasible by the state exchanges in Massachusetts and California. Some employees loved it, because they received coverage of their choice which they could purchase even if their spouse's plan covered most of their cost. Some disliked it, as this colleague did, because the Massachusetts exchange was sometimes frustrating to use. As of 2017, we joined a world-class employer plan which covers all US states and does not rely on the exchanges. We currently offer excellent health benefits, as well as 401k match, 4 weeks paid leave and other benefits.
