Pros
- Employee work-life balance has improved (previously it was not so).
- Tolerance towards English speaking colleagues.
- Helpful colleagues and a healthy work environment.
- Good quality work-flows in certain departments.
- Ability for remote work and work hours flexibility outside of core working hours.
- Various employee benefites (Sodexo, Kinderkrank, Insurance, JobRad, Get-togethers, Coffee/Water/weekly-fruits/etc).
Cons
- No or very very slow growth. The management seems to favour
only the new employees for promotions.
- Only one type of product development (gets boring after some yrs). Higher management has
no intention of product diversification and it is likely to stay like this for sure.
- A little less than industrial standard salary for a given designation.
- The company needs to hire good middle-level managers having broad mindsets and ensure such people stay for long.
- Product management needs to improve vastly.
- Poor documentation on products and the technical concepts used there-in.
