Business outlook
Pros
Great benefits such as flex PTO and remote environment (except for the recent need for all teams in product/sales to come in quarterly), amazing team members, relatively low-stakes
Cons
Constant reorgs with no explanation (no, "climbing their next PEAK" is not an explanation for hard working people to be fired suddenly), churn of C-suite, industry-low wages, absolutely no direction in their product. I think it really all boils down to the founders not having a decent vision with the product and refusing to let it mature.
