Good team environment - Manager G3 Good Governance Group Employee Review

The team has plenty of lower level employees who are smart and passionate

Where do I start? 1) The office is impossible to find a desk in. Everything is tiny. 2) Leadership does not care about workers. 3) Only team bonding events happen over alcoholic socials. 4) Workload is unmanageable. 5) Firm does not seem to care about employees’ mental health. 6) No diversity at all. Quite literally only one demographic.

Kind team, varied colleagues, hard-working

Office culture lacks a community feel sometimes - may have changed since I left, although doubtful.
