Pros

-Being under constant abuse from management creates a sense of camaraderie within the team. -Sometimes you land into a decent project.

Cons

-Extremely high attrition. Management keeps a very predictive pattern of repeatedly hiring, abusing, and firing. The company is in a constant state of panic about bad results even when they replace teams over and over and just leave management constant. -The relationship between the Swedish and the Polish site resembles a sweatshop. -Salaries increases are marginal. -No bonuses. Even the few workers that do have them get them denied over technicalities. This company prefers to obliterate the relationship with an employee that has earned them thousands of euros to save a few cents. -Leaders ask for feedback and only comment on good results. Constructive criticism is publicly punished. -Management takes credit for all the successes but refuses to take ownership for any failure. -The company has made a habit of suing former employees and customers. It creates a climate of fear. -The new trick to get people to stay is including abusive noncompetition clauses in the contracts (if they can´t work anywhere else they can´t leave us). I would advise reviewing carefully any signed document.

Pros

I met great people there, both among fellow consultants, as well as among the customers. Had a chance to witness brilliant innovations and businesses founded on them.

Cons

Extremely anti-social CEO: treats people as if they were tools that have no feelings and can be disposed of without giving any reason, even if they are successful. Read the contract carefully and without confidence. Don’t trust that your boss has good intentions. There may be legal pitfalls in which you will need a lawyer when you’re fired. Make sure your company laptop or phone doesn't track every move or site you visit. Although the employer has the right to monitor his equipment in this way, he is also obliged to inform the employee about it. This obligation was not fulfilled towards me. The boss likes people who are mediocre but faithful. Don't you dare threaten his position, or at least his notion of his own competence. Beware of touching his ego.
