      Pros

      They have good compensation and benefits Low turnaround, people that have been working there, have worked there for decades. Great Vacation benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to grow, people stay there in the same position for decades. So if you are looking to improve then or climb up the ladder then you will definitely have to wait a long time or ask to be transferred to a different location.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
