If you are a favorite and part of a certain demographic, then you would have a decent time with career opportunities/promotions.
Cons
They play favorites and only certain demographics get promoted AND ANNOUNCED company-wide. You can read their promotion/new hire newsletter for the past year and you would be able to spot their trend. They love to bring in new people (who have absolutely no idea what's going on) to drive out people who have been there for a while and those who know the companies products and operations through and through.
