Pros
Decent pay- some of the time. Company elected a very nice health insurance plan this year, unlike previous three years. Good benefits with 401k. Great coworkers and friendly people. Somewhat flexible working hours in the office.
Cons
Very negative atmosphere most of the time. Bonuses are rare. Pay cuts occur often. Constantly fluctuating pay scale/rate. High stress. Company is very reactive and does not seem to care about employees' wellbeing. Nothing ever feels good enough. Does not offer teleworking and employees are expected to be in the office regardless of weather conditions and hazardous travel conditions. There has been and is discrimination among certain employees in regards to bending of set rules. Poor handling of private HR concerns and mild animosity between management and workers. No room for advancement. Lay offs of long term employees with no calls backs. No promotions or internal hiring. Unreasonable expectations. Questionable ethics.
