      If you enjoy doing nothing worthwhile, love meetings and corporate box-ticking, and basically want an easy life drinking coffee then you'll fit right in.

      Cons

      If you want to actually do work and make a positive difference to the country then they'll just give you a bigger shovel. Networking, virtue signalling, and rigging end of year evidence is what counts here.

      Pros

      GCHQ are an absolutely excellent employer with every tick possible for culture and diversity. The salary is great too.

      Cons

      There are still traits of nepotism. But that is to be expected with a job like that.
