Awful Leadership and Pay - Anonymous employee GDC Technology Employee Review

I enjoyed working at GDC. The field was interesting and people were amazing to work with.

My internship was short-lived due to other opportunities so I don't have any cons to relay.

Most of the staff were good people.

The management acted like wall street types and were very cut throat. They would give bigger bonuses instead of raises when you would ask for a raise, so you never had stability financially. They would cater El Pollo Loco as a reward for working crazy overtime.
