Pros
Some of my co-workers were very nice people and a lot of them came from different backgrounds. There is diversity within the company.
Cons
For the work you do, the pay doesn't quite compensate enough and there are no benefits even if you are a full-time employee. There was no interview, meaning you are easily hired when you apply, it may sound good since you can easily get a job, but it doesn't filter out "troublesome or incompetent" workers. There were good supervisors who would listen to employees' concerns, but some of the higher-ups (manager, hr) don't seem to include employees' thoughts, concerns, or suggestions. Where I worked, the work wasn't properly delegated to people, so some had too much work while others just loiter/take naps.
