Pros

Hike is decent. You get to decide upon solutions especially if you are supporting applications and no program team is available.

Cons

Lot of them: When we joined, Working from home option was provided - now its no where existing. Initially WFH was restricted to few reasons (that are beneficial for managers). After few months, they removed that option also. Still Managers can take that provilege but if you take it - ITS A BIG NO. Change is constant - THIS IS GE MANTRA - and they keep changing managers, office locations, timings - Very irritating. 1-6 years experience fall under same band. This is not good. "Promotions" - this is something that depends on project and manager - NOT VERY EASY to get it. NO BONUS for lower bands. Only available for managers and so on. - This is very bad. Lower band people are the one who WORK and they are not given any bonus. No extra benefits. So called Product based company - acts like Service Based inside by making 9hrs login mandate. NO ONSITE OPPORTUNITY AT ALL Managers and HRs are more favorable to Management. They will not listen to employee and nobody gives a damn about what employee thinks. DISORGANIZED company.
