Pros

1.Brand name GE 2. Hike is descent.

Cons

1. no flexible timings- expected to spend 9 hrs in office .From 9 to 6 or even 1-10 in office without cab facility even for women which is bad. 2. the kind of work we get is bad. nothing productive. It can be done by a fresher, its repetitive. 3. No promotion/ band change/no road map for employee career. 4. bonus/ working from home facility available only for managers and above. Developers and junior employees and expected to be in office for 9 hours all 5 days a week. 5. Employees expected to connect after office hours ( i.e 9am-6pm) to support US clients without extra pay . 6.Even expected to support deployments during weekends without extra pay / day off . Meaning be available 24*7 and don't expect anything in return
