      Incompetenza generale a livello operativo e manageriale. 0 formazione. Colleghi che sparlano l'uno dell'altro. Pieno di persone che non sanno come si trovano nelle posizioni che occupano. Straordinari non pagati (almeno 40% del lavoro). Grande disorganizzazione.
