Pros
The topics can be interesting in most cases. The technology to work these topics is accessible. Lot of nice colleagues and competent professionals are also in the company.
Cons
Lot of politics. GE in general is a very badly managed company in many areas. GE Healthcare is not an exception. Local offices, especially in Europe don't have autonomy on many decisions, cannot influence strategy, or projects. Local managers either don't have option or they they don't stand out for their opinion, so the incompetent higher management takes over as a whole. Huge number of projects and pile of money go in vain. Hype matters not value.
