Pros

From the onboarding process to the formal integration, I find GEHC is well above my expectations in regards of resources and efficiency. My interactions with my people leader and other members of the team were excellent. Despite being a neophyte in the private corporate world, my first impression was nothing but positive with the upmost feeling of being part of a company that can fully nourish my eagerness to grow and fulfill my desire to create change within the health system.

Cons

On the other hand, like it any large organisation, the human resources aspect of the integration is somewhat overwhelming. It is at time complicated to be directed towards the proper party to resolve an issue or to have a follow up on certain aspects. Nonetheless, I have to admit that my people leader is always available to help and often is the person who corrects the situation.
