      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. The company values their employees time away from work..Many employees put in four ten hour days and take a three day weekend every week. If all you want to do is work your 40 hours and forget about work this is a great place.

      Cons

      Rules are not enforced for everyone equally and some people put in minimal effort while others are pushed to pick up their slack. communication is terrible and a lot of people feel like they are ignored. Medical benefits are expensive.

      Good Pay, health benefits, holiday parties, and have been very careful about the COVID pandemic when it comes to their employees.
