Pros

Nothing positive to say here

Cons

Poor communication. Managers don't manage. They are concerned employees will complain to HR so they walk all over management. Most don't speak english so how could you reprimand? No structure at workplace. No clean water available in warehouse except for lunchroom which can literally take 15 minutes to get to when security is backed up. Same for bathroom visits. With only 3 stalls available it may even take longer. And if you want to bring lunch you either keep it in car or leave 15 minutes early so you have time to drive to front of building to get to breakroom then drive to back of building to park and re enter. No heat in winter and working 8+ hrs you are literally numb and have no feeling in hands and feet. Yes, they do have heat, but only turns on when ceiling temperature reaches 40 degrees. Heat rises people!!! Summer is brutally hot, usually 10-15 degrees hotter inside, again no water immediately available. People pass out every day when temperature outside is 90 or more. They get a chair and let them sit with a cold rag until they feel better...right outside the air conditioned office within warehouse. Sweat shop indeed. This warehouse is not worth the measly pay.

Pros

You will meet some incredible people here to personally network with.

Cons

Leadership is very of of touch , no real sense of direction comes from this Company, Training is mainly about motivated you to exhaust yourself to calling any and everyone in the country who " Look to have freight coming in". No real learning as far how to get a solid footing into the business. Best thing they thought they was teaching was how to follow trends when looking for freights but any salesperson does that with whatever field they are in so I learned nothing but how to seek out a company who is actually going to put you in a position to succeed so you can be a positive stamp on the company.
