Very unorganized - Order Picker GEODIS Employee Review

Very unorganized company. I was at the mt juliet location. I showed up on time for my first day, never met my manager. They had some young kid training me who had a bad attitude. To make matters worse, I was not paid come payday. They said until they got me into the system my punches wouldn't work and that they would record them. Keep in mind I never met my manager (turns out he resigned). No one was keeping track of anything. I ended up having to email someone back and forth to get paid. Said person I think just wanted to shut me up, since she likely couldn't even verify that I showed up for work each day, so she did pay me, but it was a awful experience.
