Pros

I have worked for George Apap Painting for almost 11 yeas now. I work for George Apap directly and can say he is the best boss I have ever worked for. He truly cares about all his employees. He fosters a work environment that gives all employees, Office, Field and Sales Departments, the opportunity to grow, if you want it! Hard work is rewarded at this company.

Cons

With growth there is always growing pains.

Cons

This company does a great job in “selling” you an amazing opportunity. In truth, though it comes at a price, and it doesn’t take long to realize it. You will see that as hard as you try, it is never good enough. If you’re not bleeding for George Apap, you’re not going to go anywhere in this company and will never be respected. They expect so much from you with out giving you the proper tools to succeed, and then when you mess up, it’s no ones fault but your own. No accountability for bad management. It’s funny because this company PREACHES about having accountability. The operations manager has driven away NUMEROUS good employees, but yet the owner refuses to see she is the common denominator. Everyone in management is so phony. They will be your best friend, and act like they genuinely care about you just to keep you right where they want you, but yet talk behind your back. There’s a lot of shady things that go on behind closed doors in this company, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are still standing 5-10 years from now. And if they are, it’s going to be with a very minimal crew.
