In terms of how you can grow at GHT, I’d encourage you to meet with your supervisor to determine what is needed to attain your goals. We encourage all employees to set goals for their growth and advancement within the firm – regardless of job role upon entering the company. For over 55 years we have prided ourselves on growth from within by providing training, education, and job cross-training. We continue to train and develop our future leaders and believe that our highly-skilled employees are what sets us apart. Our goal is for you to grow as GHT grows.
