Was told word for word "you don't get the GIE way" so you're done here. Within 10 weeks 5 employees had been let go and another 3 employees quit. The current employees understanding of the GIE way was "quick to hire and quick to fire" and we often called the company "a revolving door." Employees that are new are given no chance to succeed as well as no training. My "training" was to meet all other dept heads but never had a one-on-one with anyone from my department regarding my role. Rather than a boys club, it's a "if you've been here 10 years or less we don't like you" club. You'll notice a trend of all that have been terminated - anyone with 3 years of employment or less. The company is also at risk of going under due to losing their place in the cannabis market and their horticulture market is tanking!
