Pros
- Team members are very kind and communicatives. Working with them is just a pleasure. Always engaged in their work and helpful. - Well equipment office - you could literally cook there. - If you are junior you can learn new things. - Flexible working hours.
Cons
- Underestimated team members - most of the people are very engaged in their work and fits to the team. In response they get low sallary and mostly mandate contracts. - You don't get a 'buddy' - you can ask your more experienced coolegue about problems and find help but in my opinion It's just a human kindness and good vibe of the team. Mostly they have their tasks to do and don't have planned time to implement you into the project. - Biggest group of the employees are students on mandatory contracts, contract of employment is a very rare think in this company.
