      Lovely people nice community good ERGs very interesting work meaningful work good union good work life balance in my role

      Cons

      terrible pay for starting roles compared to other companies and roles in aerospace limited WFH and flexibility if working in manufacturing engineering not many benefits no bonuses bad retention due to limited pay and benefits HR never helps

      The overall corporation seems to be a good company that supports and develops its employees.
