they treat their Filipino employees like trash especially the COO they promised that no layoffs were gonna happen in Manila,the following month 40 employees were asked to go. if only they had a plan, they could have hired people on contractual basis only. they hired former supervisors and managers with high salaries to do manual encoding, after that its bye bye! they assign out of this world quotas but are unwilling to invest in good internet connection. 10 mbps for 100 employees..seriously! promoted and hired questionable individuals who don't even know what they are doing struggling financially
