Staff were great to work with

Initially no processes were in place, so it was a shambles. When they then started to put processes and guidelines in place they were way too strict, which left no flexibility. Management have lack of empathy. Management have lack of direction and vision, and in general seems to be making things up as they go along Compensation quite low for the level of work required
