Pros

Flexible schedule. Most of the time no need to communicate with annoying managers.

Cons

The rate is low. The management is not very responsive. Sometimes they don't pay for all the time you worked and don't explain anything. Recently they started reducing the rates for the interpreters. If you don't agree for lower rates, your account gets deactivated.

Pros

There is wonderful communication with coordinators and fellow interpreters.

Cons

As a contractor sometimes it can be difficult to have consistent hours but if you let the coordinators know they are more than willing to help.

Pros

Great company to work for! I love their call platform since it even shows up right on your screen on how to greet the client , close the call and even their protocols. They don't micromanage and now they even have a shift program, I have worked for them for over 8 years and have been very happy.

Cons

I wish they would hire W2 Remote Spanish interpreters paid by the hour, so I don't have to stress every year about doing my own taxes and having to get benefits on my own.
