Pros

Wasted my time here working with bunch of jokers- management.

Cons

There are many downsides of this company. The management doesn’t even know how to run a company. They call themselves a training company, they themselves need training on how to behave with their employees. Guys don’t waste your time here. They put so much pressure ans stress on your health, it’s unimaginable. They insult you publicly in front of your colleagues. I will complain for harassment to MOHRE. Such a toxic work culture I never came across.

Opportunities to deliver interesting training topics.

Cons

Contracts cancelled at short notice without adequate notice. Unrealistic deadlines for course writing and development. No payment offered for substantial course development work. Weak internal processes and inconsistent communication. Concerns regarding clarity of licensing and intellectual property use. Persistent delays in contractor payments. I have been owed £12,000 for multiple months and still have not received payment.

Nothing just nothing. I have a huge list of negative moments with this joke company

Everything is negative. Starting with the owner- Mohammed Ohh gosh how do these people who have zero knowledge run a company. Very racist and toxic people there Jordanians are.. live example are they I will raise a complaint against them with MOHRE and see where it goes. It was hell for all of us there.
