Pros

I loved everything about my job I was a committed employee. My co workers and some management will forever be with me. Its truly like a family hood there.. The good was outstanding but thats because there is true horror behind the scenes.

Cons

The horror behind the scenes is the emotional and work life balance toll will over exceed.. this company has extraordinary principles that I admire personally... however some folks in position abuse their power and favoritism is through the roof! Let's talk about the lack of communication, the gaslightting, the singling people out and dressing it up as a coaching opportunity.. the continuing of reprogramming everyone to fit the "image" however in the same token they are advising you to be yourself and they stress that to the extent that you will become yourself and at that point they will use it against you. If you have ever worked at a call center you know racially and socially if you are a certain demographic you will receive your treatment based off that and not what you actually bring to the job.. Prepare to be in constant communication with your co workers with stern if not forced interaction with your Co workers... teamwork is a must here and if you arent a people person go ahead and seek another company..
