Pros
Really the only benefit of this job is the amount of work you have to do to get paid, however it can be a con as well because it is so easy that it gets on a whole other level of boring.
Cons
Pay rate wile putting your life at a higher risk than a civilian (10hr), extremely boring, you cannot take action upon any security risk (all you can do is "observe and report"), the management is absolutely terrible they don't care about employees. GSG hired me then put me on a post very quick as bank security and then took me off the post due to the manager of the bank being an extreme feminist and not liking that I was male (their previous security guard was a female and was there for 7 years), after moving me off the post they told me they would be in contact with me to put me on a new post, it has now been 3.5 weeks and I've called them over 15 times where they tell me they will call me back after further review of the new posts. I still have not gotten a call back or put on a new post. Absolutely terrible employee care.
