This is one of the most poorly managed workplaces I’ve experienced. There is a complete lack of professionalism, structure, and accountability across senior management and HR. Leadership presents a polished image initially, but that quickly falls apart. Decision-making is inconsistent, and there is little to no regard for fair treatment of employees. Favouritism appears to influence hiring and growth rather than merit. HR lacks clarity, direction, and effective processes. Employees are often left without proper support or guidance, and concerns are not handled in a structured or transparent way. There are also serious concerns around inclusivity and respectful behaviour in the workplace. The environment does not reflect basic professional standards, and employees are not treated with the level of respect expected in a modern organisation. Overall, there is a significant gap between how the company presents itself and the reality of working here.
