Pros

Downtime between customers. Get to work on your own.

Cons

Upper management expects you to wear a lot of hats. As a store manager you will be a janitor, Inventory custodian, salesman, bookkeeper, window cleaner, complete daily planograms, complete ongoing training, have no official lunch break, create shift scheduling, complete bank drops, double check all employee paperwork, interview and hire new employees, complete onboarding and training for all new employees

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, and being able to get school work done while working is amazing. Because I did super good they bumped me to $15 an hour, so plus commissions I make over $20 an hour sometimes. You just have to do your job right and you make decent money.

Cons

My starting pay was $9.5 an hour which is insane. The expectation to meet quotas is high.
