Rigid working arrangements when not booked on a project. Lacking in flexibility. Work/life balance could be improved. Typical pressures of consulting, so I can't fault them too much.

You are given the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the industry on interesting projects with much variety. In addition, you are encouraged to learn new tools and technologies. The clients are great to work with and eager to learn new technologies as well.

I wish the company provided more resources and mentoring. Often times, I would pay for training on my own and complete on my off time (nights and weekends), just to keep up within projects. Communication can be better within the project teams. Often times I was working on a solution only to find out the plan and direction had changed, without being notified which was frustrating and demotivating given the amount of time and effort spent on a given solution.
