Good management in a friendly environment, but low pay - Warehouse Associate GOFO Express Employee Review

1. The office atmosphere is exceptionally positive; as a new hire, my colleagues have been incredibly kind and patient in addressing my questions. We manage to stay cheerful even during busy periods. 2. The organization values holidays; they prepare gifts for employees during every festive occasion (just received a Christmas cake today~). 3. The work environment is highly professional; personally, I've been able to advance in my role and receive pay raises while continuing to learn.

During my nearly one month on the job, I haven't noticed any major shortcomings.

NONE, no training, no clear direction, sketchy business practices, not paying for completed work, they fine you by not paying you for packages not delivered but they sign you up get you to sign the contracts but give you no time to go through them completely taking advantage of people. I delivered 150 packages and then I was told I lost a package which I never received and they aren’t going to pay me because they are fining me $60!!!!

No clear direction, no training they gave me 150 packages to deliver at $1.80 a package then told me I lost one so they fined me $60. So I worked about 25 hours in 3 days and because I was thrown into the position I was not clearly told about the “fine” for the package. I quit after the 2nd day because what they were asking was impossible but I was unable to get all the deliveries done and instead of taking the packages and dumping them in the other workers because they are so far behind I delivered them anyway just to be nice. Then they told me I lost a package and I was being fined $60!!! I’m going to Labor board first thing tomorrow morning to file a complaint
