- lunch break can anytime go and come back - no clock in and out timing - thats the only flexibility
Cons
- people from other departments poke nose into your business - no proper SOP - the CLIQUES are so obvious amongst the management which is crazy because you can see the biases. - if they give you increment for the work that you aren’t supposed to do to begin with THEY WILL CONTINUE ADDING THE PILE - some employee take additional commissions from drivers on top of drivers and company doesn’t do anything knowing it dealt under the table. - EVERY YEAR TAKE SO MUCH NEW PROJECTS BUT EVERY YEAR SAY NOT MAKING MONEY THEN THEN HAHA HAHA GET BUBBLE TEA FOR THEIR FAVOURITE EMPLOYEE 1 YEAR WORK ANNIVERSARY CAN GOT BUDGET THEN SUDDENLY SAY NO MONEY AGAIN THEN SUDDENLY NO BUDGET AGAIN THEN WENT SILENT ON BONUS - long story short can only survive the HQ if you are one of them.
