The only positive thing about working here was the pay and the benefits

Detrimental to your mental health, everyone will end up hating you over the smallest things, and favorites are already in place so there’s no point in trying to make friends.

Pros

Previous competitive advantages are diminishing. There is a notable lack of sustainable 'pros' as the core value proposition for employees continues to erode under the current leadership's direction.

Cons

What was once a community-oriented organization has unfortunately transitioned into a profit-driven environment with a declining internal culture. Since the initial shifts in 2022, there has been a persistent disconnect between executive promises and operational reality. Given that the leadership remains unchanged four years later, the cycle of employee displacement and top-heavy gain appears likely to continue.
