      there is a sandwich concept is there where if you get holiday on saturday and monday there will be 3 days and the 3 day salary will be deducted from your monthly salary

      Pros

      You get to work with different clients You get to work with GDs, Developers and QA. Great for a fresher in elearning field as you understand what challenges one faces in each team after the design phase. If there are lack of resources or if you are willing to work beyond designing Storyboards, you are given the freedom to contribute in QA, development too Flexibility - 7 hour shifts once a month, Login anytime from 9-11 and complete your 8 hour shift
