Pros

Good variety of projects and clients. Opportunities to travel for work. Flexible working policy. The share save scheme is a good benefit. The people on the ground, doing the work, are wonderful.

Cons

They have advertised senior internal roles without a pay increase. Lack of diversity across the organisation. Senior leadership roles are all men. There is little to no space to develop and grow. Learning and development opportunities are non-existent and mandatory training is out-dated. GP talks the talk when it comes to working with clients, but it doesn't walk the walk when it comes to the treatment and development of its own people.

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
