• Co-workers are great. Made lifetime friends along the way. • Benefits are decent.
Cons
• Extremely micromanaging at the senior managerial level — constant oversight in every single thing. Makes you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing after a while and you lose all confidence in your work. • Bad work life balance — long hours of (unpaid) overtime are expected just because you are remote. • Disorganized with many problems that just seem to have no solution. • Too much change and control, the team cannot keep up. • Adhoc projects and unnecessary meetings get in the way of compliance. • Not the greatest training — eventually expected to know how to do everything even if we were never taught how to. • No growth at all, stuck with the same salary/position (raise does not cover inflation).
