Pros
Not much, maybe some learning opportunities. Not for long though. Flexible work hours if you fit into the demographic
Cons
1. Educational opportunities go away after 1month or so. The seniority level employees will kind of abandon you if they think you are not as fast as someone with a 5 years experience 2. If you fit into certain demographic or an American citizen and they can’t take advantage of you, you are maybe fine. But if they know your vulnerabilities, they will use it against you to make you do work longer and harder with bare minimum salary and claim you are getting more than you are worth 3. Other privileged people can work from home and have flexible hours, but not vulnerable demographic people 4. You are chastised by every single little mistakes right after you start working no matter how new you are to this field 5. No appreciation for good work
