      Pros

      The people are nice and communications is usually easy with immediate colleagues. There is some decent social advantages.

      Cons

      Workplace almost entirely in french. Salary under average. Very hard or impossible to get promoted on performance. Process to get promoted is heavy and long. As time go, their social advantage, exept maybe for the pension, are not that much compared to other places.

      Very friendly and competent co-workers Very well-developed onboarding process Fairly low-stress for new hires Well-organized for remote workers

      Cons

      Primary product is a legacy beast that takes years to fully understand 12 month probationary period (union-imposed) Group insurance is somewhat lacking Far too dependent on Ministry of Education budget
