Don't join - BDE - Business Development Executive GRSoft Solution Employee Review

(1) Sales person are owner of this company (2) No manners to talk and completely unprofessional (3) They will hire you on payroll but on offer letter Contract on hire would be mentioned (4) they call it is private limited company but you will never find pvt limited term any where on the offer letter (5) Dont trust them they make fake commitments (6) Many grammatical mistakes on offer letter at three different places my name was changed there on the same offer letter (7) don't matter how many digits are there in your salary figure but at the end of the month they will give you what they want (8) they will call you in mid night to complete any task (9) Salary never on time (10) very rude and bad. (11) you can leave your last company without serving the notice period for grsoft solutions but you dont know for how long you will stay with current one they will fire you

I have never ending list of cons but only few of them mentioned. what they speak is total lie to the employee. you never no when are asked not to come to office because of no work

Company is located in Noida. They talk too nicely before joining and then never again after joining

1. No offer letter, joining letter, release letter, experience letter and no salary after a few months (when their work is solved) 2. Very unprofessional behaviour 3. Unethical management 4. Biased 5. They stop paying salary in last months. 6. Salary delayed every month. 7. Fake company, very unethical towards its clients 8. Encourages its employees to make false promises and do frauds with clients 9. They are kind of looter, takes money from clients by doing fraud and then not paying to employee. 10. No offer letter, joining letter, release letter, experience letter and no salary after a few months (when their work is solved) 11. They exploit employee If you are looking to join GRSoft Solutions, don't go to join, you will only regret and will be only exploited. I have suffered.
