Pros
Some great people to work with
Cons
Not great with hiring experience people. No communication with management. Ibe bern here for years and not once have meet the president, VP, and some director face to face. People hired for management or consultant positions are friends with upper management. It is quickly noticed when they ask how to use excel, open the calculator or even how to turn on a computer. Needless to say you end up with 2 jobs. According to HR not much can be done with the issue because they were brought in by upper management (they're a friend). This has happened with several people brought in. Jobs in the factory area are not guarantee full time because when they are not selling what the are producing. Products have been sitting in storage for over 5 years or more. Turn around time is extremely high because lack of training and hours. Good workers are too often under appreciated and not rewared which causes the large turn around. Money is not well spend on improving the company rather on continuous repairs to already old and broken machines. A lot of complaints from people that have berbeen m there more than 10 years. Job levels are changed alot to add more responsibility to other employees to compensate for the lay offs and firing. Company doesn't meet anual numbers or barely makes it. Benefits have changed from last year to barely cover anything and cost for plans are high.
