      Pros

      GTS is a wonderful mix of international culture and local culture. It has a pool of very gifted and talented people working together to achieve results. It has great individual contributors and has flexibility and an orientation towards customers that wins in front of bigger competitors

      Cons

      Over past years very few new managers have been infused in company and this fact causes a certain way of thinking, oriented very much into the inside of company, and old ways of doing things

      Pros

      They take their time to get to know the people they work with and to keep you busy as their clients needs change and arise, and always respect loyalty by continuing to move you around as the projects and scopes of work for your skill sets change.

      Cons

      Not their fault, the work that I have been doing for them has shifted within their clients needs, they have kept me on other projects but I'm ready to change back to something more in my line if possible
