Pros

Very little pros for this company. Maybe the Christmas party.

Cons

Upper management out of touch with 2022. Forced back to the office with high gas prices and daycare expenses. Employees kept the company moving during covid even with 2% raise in the last 3 years. No motivation left for long term employees to stay. Turnover is very high. CEO blames employees working from home as to why Guard didn't make enough profit for them so forced back in the office. Old world upper management style. Christmas bonus is $80 after taxes and you are suppose to act appreciative. Those who work hard are passed over for promotions while those who don't get promoted. I have never seen so much nepotism. This company is not what it was 10 years ago. It is flailing and out of touch with the current job market and benefits other employers are offering.
