Severely below-market pay - Project Architect GWWO Employee Review

I learned and extraordinary amount working here. I was given so many opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills and thinking.

One or two of the top leadership isn't as forward thinking as the rest of them, and I think it holds the firm back, at least in some ways. Not a dealbreaker as an employee in obvious ways. Just something I noticed.

Some exposure to different projects

Company culture can feel tough and sometimes inconsistent. Leadership communication doesn’t always align with day-to-day realities, and management can feel disconnected from project-level work. There is also a tendency for accountability to flow downward rather than upward, which can create confusion and added pressure for employees. Compensation is significantly below market compared to similar firms.
