Senior Management runs like it’s their mom and pop shop. Lots of bullying, shouting, abusive behaviour by senior manager. Micro managing, cannot make any operational decisions (even if it’s within the purview of the job role) without senior managers intervening and wanting to take credit for all successes, failures would be blamed on team members. Every single process up to the point where ppt slides and emails are being vetted before being sent out to stake holders. Will throw team members under the bus to show how great the senior manager is. Will shout to managers/sups during team meetings. Thinks he knows it all. Favouritism for Appraisals and Salary increment. Bias towards foreigners. Forced to read email after working hours, whilst on leave and on MC else will get hell and threatened to be fired. Lots of threats when applying for Annual Leave. Would not accept criticism and a lot of hot air coming out.
Director is spineless and has not made any positive changes to improve situation even after knowing all the abusive language and shouting of senior team member. His way or the Highway else is considered not a team player.
